Heidi Glatfelter Schlag is the Director of Marketing and Communications for the C&O Canal Trust and a freelance consultant for nonprofits and museums. She has spent 20 years in nonprofit communications focused on using data-driven strategies to engage audiences and raise money in support of heritage and culture.
